With over 8 years instructing at the University Level, and 9 years professional experience designing and developing new media and web based applications and products, I produce a focused and diversified approach to user driven product design.
Addressing the design discipline in the roles of educator, developer, entrepreneur, and consultant, I continue to adapt my methods and practices in an ever changing landscape of standards and technology.
Visiting Professor of Design
School of Design, Rochester Institute of Technology
Full-time professor in the School of Design. Instructed interactive media, front end web design, and time based animation classes in both the New Media Design and Graphic Design Programs at RIT. Served on the Vignelli Center for Design Studies Board and was responsible for designing and developing their web properties.

Designed branding, and design elements for Y Combinator backed startup, imgix in San Francisco, CA. Consulted and troubleshooted design issues regarding on their web application and products.

Developed E-Learning & Security LMS Backed Training for SecurityMentor.com Designed and developed flash games for nick.com. Interactive application consulting for Seattle based Agencies. Designed and co–developed web application for Nextel/Nascar device. Developed sites for NYC based advertising and photography studios. Designed book covers, logos, print materials & small catalog sites for local organizations.

Designed internal sites and informational layouts for many schools and departments within RIT. Served on the Web Advisory Board for the Institute.

Managed interactive initiatives, designed and developed interactive marketing materials for educational institutions as well as support work for local advertising agencies. Clients include: Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Kraft Foods, New York Wine & Culinary Center, Wegmans, Sanofi, Abbott, Skidmore College, George Washington University, University at Buffalo, University of Rochester, RIT, as well as many regional not–for–profit organizations.

Designed & Implemented interactive “adver–games”, web sites, presentations and internet banners for such clients as Xerox, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, SAP and McNeil Nutritionals. Also responsible for redesigning the company’s logo, print and branding materials.

Web designer and developer for then Mayor Anthony M. Masiello. Responsible for regular maintenance of the website content, and communication with the data processing department. Initially a Summer internship position, I continued as a regular employee evenings after school and additional summers as a full time employee.
